DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes

Our first venue takes us to Milton Keynes; A modern city built for modern people. Conveniently located halfway between Birmingham and London, with Cambridge, Oxford, and Leicester all a similar distance away, meaning over 18 million people live within just one hour away.

Stadium MK is a 30,530-seat stadium within the city, and home to DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes. The largest
space is the Marshall Arena, boasting a maximum capacity of up to 5000 people, making this venue unbeatable for large scale conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, product launches, parties, and live events.

The Arena is equipped with over 2,500 square metres of blank-canvas with two balconies, six breakout spaces, six bars, and excellent front-of-house facilities. This highly versatile space is just waiting to be transformed into your best event ever.

With room for up to 1,450 vehicles on-site, parking is never a problem for this impeccable large venue.

Manchester Central

Now to Manchester, a vibrant and bustling city known around the world as the birthplace of the industrial revolution. You’ll be spoilt for choice when visiting the city, with a vast choice of unique bars, restaurants, hotels, and shops. It’s no surprise that Manchester has gained a reputation as one of the most happening cities in Europe.

Right in the centre of the city, sits Manchester Central, an award-winning large conference venue. Manchester Central’s huge, vaulted arches and station clock has made it an iconic landmark for over 140 years.

Welcoming up to 10,000 delegates with a total of 29 spaces that provide the perfect platform for all events. The largest space is the Central Hall, a room full of character. This uninterrupted and column-free space can be used for any event.

Alternatively, the Exchange Hall is a multi-purpose space that allows for maximum creativity. Perfect for anything from exhibitions to large-scale banqueting and able to hold up to 1,600 delegates.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole

Offering something for everyone, the West Midlands is a favourite for event organisers thanks to its prime location. Known as England’s second city, Birmingham is packed full of impressive attractions and is widely connected, with 90 per cent of the country being within just four hours of the city.

Located opposite the city’s famous National Exhibition Centre, Hilton Birmingham Metropole is one of the UK’s largest conference hotels with flexible meeting space for events up to a substantial 2,000 delegates.

The hotel has 33 meeting and event rooms, the largest being the recently refurbished Monarch suite, hosting up to 2,000 guests in a theatre-style set-up. This impressive suite also benefits from a private entrance, foyer, cloakroom, and adjustable cathode lighting.

Whittlebury Park

Swap out the hustle and bustle of city life with a peaceful rural retreat. Nestled in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, Whittlebury Park is more than just a meeting space; it’s the perfect large venue to host your big event. The versatile meeting rooms, conference suites, and hundreds of acres of parkland allow for a wide range of event opportunities.

The Brooklands is an exceptional ground-floor conference space allowing up to 500 delegates. An extensive bar, kitchen and cloakroom make this the perfect suite for exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and more.

Being an independently run venue, the experienced event team have great freedom to create bespoke events to suit your needs. This can include organising marquees, activities, entertainment and catering in their fabulous grounds and rooms, utilising indoor and outdoor spaces for events with up to 3,000 guests.
