Venues with Haunting Connections

Ghost and Zombie Meetings!

We’ve probably all fallen foul to ghost and zombie meetings at some point! These unattended meetings waste room hire availability and like ghosts, disappear without a trace of anything positive being achieved! So, with Halloween approaching, the Findmeaconference team have selected some spookily good hire venues. And delegates are guaranteed to attend! Meetings and events could attract visitors from beyond the grave too so do look out!

Ghost and zombie meetings at Ettington Park Hotel?

Where do we start at Ettington Park! The ghostly goings on at this luxury hotel is long. It’s listed as one of the most haunted hotels in the UK and has been used as a location in a 1960s ghost film called The Haunting.

Ettington Park Hotel for corporate events

Guests who have stayed overnight at Ettington Park Hotel have reported heavy footsteps coming from above their rooms. Also, doors banging. Perhaps, not unusual but add in the fact that there aren’t any rooms above and you begin to believe in ghosts!

Ettington Park Hotel is haunted but not with ghost and zombie meetings!Floating candles, books that fly off library shelves, the sound of billiard balls and a Victorian lady in the conservatory! These are a few of the spooky events that could add some drama to a meeting at Ettington Park Hotel!

If you decide to hire a meeting room at the hotel you will be very happy with your decision! Even if ghosts and zombies stay away! The Neo-Gothic building is an excellent environment for meetings, conferences, training days and company celebrations. Perfect for preventing ghost and zombie meetings!

Event organisers have a choice of six stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and excellent presentation facilities. Team-building is a good option because the hotel is set in 40 acres of Warwickshire parkland.

Beaulieu Motor Museum

With Halloween looming, it’s the perfect time for a night at the museum! The Beaulieu Motor Museum makes a very special setting for a range of corporate events. The museum is home to a collection of more than 250 vehicles. This includes the world-famous Land Speed Record Breakers. Delegates will be impressed with the hire venue and the collection definitely brings added inspiration and aspirations to the day’s proceedings.

Ghost and Zombie meetings are not on the agenda at Beaulieu Motor Museum

Excellent technical support is available plus audio visual facilities and a large screen TV.

If you think a night at the museum is not reality, think again! You can hire the stunning motor museum for an evening banquet. Forget about dinner with the stars. This is dinner with the cars! Up to 150 guests can enjoy this spectacular setting or alternatively, invite 1,500 guests for a champagne reception.

If you need a theatre set-up, the museum has a tiered auditorium that can seat up to 220 delegates.

Located in the New Forest, the Beaulieu Motor Museum will certainly fuel delegates’ imaginations. We don’t promise any bumps in the night but we do promise hiring this mesmerising venue will create memorable meetings with lots of top gear attractions!

A ghost and zombie meeting at Arnos Manor Hotel

Before anyone screams, ghost meetings at Arnos Manor Hotel will not happen! The Georgian Gothic hotel has much to offer. Delegates will be more than happy to attend an event at the Bristol hotel.

The Chaple at Arnos Manor Hotel for weddings and corporate celebrations

Event organisers can choose from four rooms. The Chapel welcomes up to 100 attendees and is located next to the Cloisters Bar which is perfect for pre and post event entertainment. If your event needs some added wow factor, chose the Jubilee Room because it has floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful stucco ceiling. The room really does reflect its 18th century roots.

The Gallery Room is on two levels and has its own bar. This is a really good space for a meeting where a break-out space for refreshments or registration is needed.

We do recommend doing a head count at any event at Arnos Manor Hotel. There are reports of a nun haunting the hotel!

Mosborough Hall Hotel for a hauntingly good event

It’s another headcount hotel! Beware the White Lady and a demonic black dog! The Best Western Plus Mosborough Hall Hotel in Derbyshire dates back to the 16th century. However, for meetings, conferences and events, all the facilities and the super service are definitely 21st century!

Mosborough Hall Hotel is haunted

There are five event rooms available. The Chatsworth is the largest and is perfect for entertaining up to 250 guests for a dinner and 220 delegates for a theatre style event. Choose the Sir Samuel Stainworth room for a small meeting, training session or for break-out space.

The team at Mosborough Hall Hotel are happy to tailor-make delegate packages. They will do this for small numbers too so don’t think that you will need to commit to a large number of attendees.

Don’t let ghost and zombie meetings haunt you!

And don’t have nightmares! All of these hire venues bring something special to an event. Delegates will not be able to resist attending a corporate or private event from this hauntingly good episode from the Findmeaconference team!
