International Convention Centre
With ten meeting rooms and ten conference halls, the International Convention Centre is ideal for a large corporate event. Whether you’re looking to host a charity gala or an awards ceremony, the ICC in Birmingham really knows how to do large-scale!
The Birmingham venue boasts a flagship auditorium which can host up to 3,000 delegates. As well as a 28 metre fly tower and computerised stage lighting, this large scale event space has its own stage area and has vehicle access so launching a car at the International Convention Centre is a breeze.
For a large-scale event, a large scale operation for catering is required and head chef Simon Hellier, is proud to present his scrumptious and sophisticated delegate dining menu. We particulary like the delicious beetroot cured salmon, followed by a main of quince glazed dingley dell pork belly. Finish with a sweet granny smith temptation for a dessert and satisfaction is a given!
Life Meetings and Events
Situated just a two-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station is the modern Life Meetings and Events venue. This unique venue has eight purpose-built suites that are really versatile for events like conferences, meetings and product launches.
Part for the venue’s large event space includes Times Square. This is a versatile outdoor environment that is 4,800 square metres and is the perfect backdrop for a summer car launch or elegant garden party. Allow your guests to dine healthily with the wholesome buffet menus that the venue launched earlier this year. You can expect to see food such as gluten free tandoori chicken pieces and wholemeal wraps with lemon pepper chicken. Ascot Racecourse
Gallop to victory when you host a memorable corporate event at Ascot Racecourse! Set in 179 acres of stunning parkland and with picturesque views of the Berkshire countryside, the world-famous racecourse brings elegance and style to a large range of events.
Ascot Racecourse is located only minutes away from major train stations and road networks. In addition the course has complimentary parking for a huge number of vehicles. There are over 300 meeting rooms and a 4,000 square metre wide and 27 metre high exhibition centre. This large event space can hold 3,000 people comfortably making it a superb large event space.

VOX Conference Centre
This unique and attractive new building in Birmingham is very popular. It certainly creates an impressive space to host a large-scale event. The VOX Conference Centre opened in 2015 and since then has welcomed big scale conferences and product launches.
Equipped with the latest sound and lighting equipment, and welcoming up to 900 delegates, there is a choice of five purpose-built meeting suites.
The kitchen team also deserve a huge round of applause too as they are the proud winners of over 625 industry awards! You can choose from an array of dishes and build a bespoke menu. This tool works really well in organising your delegates dietary requirements, or the event theme and budget. Scotland National Stadium – Hampden Park
Home to Scotland’s national football team and just minutes away from Glasgow’s city centre, Hampden Park offers high quality meeting space. With 46 separate event spaces and a purpose-built auditorium for 250 people, this venue is sure to score highly with the guests.
From modern executive skyboxes overlooking the famous turf, to suites accommodating up to 500 guests, you can count on Hampden Park to create a memorable event. There is complimentary WiFi available so delegates are conntected and plenty of parking for over 100 vehicles.
Make your corporate event even more spectacular by booking your delegates onto an in-depth stadium tour. Here they can walk around the stadium as well as visit the media rooms.
