Many venues and hotels have been officially accredited as Good to Go by Visit Britain and/or have local authority approval. This means they are operating to Covid-secure policies and procedures. We have all this information easily at hand because we’ve been in contact with our partners throughout 2020.  Venues have been updating their information, informing us of revised capacities for socially distanced events and notifying us of the catering options available for delegates.

Once our expert venue finding team have received your enquiry, they will send you up to three options matching your requirements. These proposals include venue images and details on rates. Room layouts, parking, business facilities, catering and accommodation are part of the proposal too. Plus, with further information on cancellations and amendments,  you will have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

When you’ve decided on your venue, your dedicated Findmeaconference agent will look after your booking. If delegate numbers change, menus need altering or special access is needed, your Findmeaconference agent will take care of all the details.
